Shipping policy

The purchaser assumes all responsibility for fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping of ordered goods or returns. If related charges are refused or disputed, the purchaser is responsible for returning or rejecting the goods immediately back to the seller. In any case where a package has been lost/stolen, an investigation will be opened with the Carrier.  The Carrier's outcome will determine the onus of responsibility. In cases where onus was placed on the Purchaser, or the Carrier, or if an outcome could not be determined by the Carrier, Sinners & Sons will not be held liable and will not be responsible for re-sending product or covering costs of lost/stolen items.
